What is the difference between DTF textile and DTF UV?
DTF textile printing is designed for printing on clothing and textiles. It uses specific inks (CMYK) and a heat-applied transfer film. DTF UV printing is intended for rigid objects (wood, metal, plastic, glass, etc.) and uses UV inks that are cured by light.
Do I need to use the same file format for both types?
You can use .ai, .psd, .pdf, .tiff, .png files for DTF (textile), and .png, .ai, .pdf files for DTF UV (object).
Do you use STS INKS?
Yes, we exclusively use STS INKS for their quality and reliability.
I'm a beginner, what type of printing should I choose for clothes?
Textile DTF is exactly what you need. It's specially designed for transfer onto fabrics, offering excellent adhesion and vibrant colors.
How do you place your transfers?
You can follow our installation guides for textiles and objects (UV) . Our team is available if you have any questions.
Do you print in fluorescent colors?
No, we don't print with fluorescent inks yet.

How do prepaid plans work?
Prepaid plans give you printing credit to use at your own pace on eligible products.
What are the benefits of the 100 meter prepaid plan?

- Simplicity : A single initial payment to cover all your orders for one year.
How do I use my flat-rate credit?
After purchasing your package, you will receive a unique link by email that you can use to place your orders.
I'm a beginner: is it worth getting a package?
If you plan to order regularly, the package is more advantageous: fixed and lowest price per meter, simplified management, priority order support and processing.
Can I top up my plan?
Yes, you just need to buy a new package, the credit will automatically be added to your account.
How do I know how many meters I have left?
Your balance is displayed on the personalized link page.

🖥️ File formats and compatibility:
- Accepted formats : .ai, .psd, .pdf, .tiff, .png
- Unsupported formats : .jpg, .cdr
- Vectorized fonts : all fonts must be vectorized or embedded.
- File naming : use a clear name to facilitate processing (e.g., Brand_Name_Visual1)
- Spelling : Please proofread all texts carefully; no corrections will be made.
🎨 Graphic design preparation of the visual
- Background transparency : delete all background layers, do not flatten the image
- What will be printed: only the elements visible on a transparent background will be included.
- Recommended resolution: minimum 300 dpi for optimal quality
- Dimensions: Respect the final dimensions without cutting lines or markings.
🌈 Colors and printing
- Required color mode: CMYK only (RGB for .png files)
- RGB not accepted (except .png): automatic conversion may result in dulled colors and loss of brightness.
- Screens vs. printing: colors on screen (in RGB) may differ from the final result (in CMYK).

- Spelling: carefully check all the text in your image

- Transparent background: delete all temporary background layers, do not use a white background on your artboard (Illustrator)
- What is printed: only the elements visible on a transparent background will be taken into account

I've never ordered DTF before, how does it work?
- Prepare your artwork, either by using our layout builder or by creating your own file.
- Choose your format (A3, A4 or meter).
- Place your order on our website.
- We print and ship your sheets ready to be pressed!
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed upon receipt. If you wish to make a change, please contact us promptly and we will let you know if it is possible.
What are the production lead times?
Orders are usually produced within 24 to 48 working hours depending on complexity and volume.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as the package is shipped.
Do I need to order a minimum number of boards?
No, there is no minimum order. You can try it with just one board.
📦 Delivery & Shipping
What delivery methods are available?
We deliver with Chronopost, for delivery the day after dispatch before 1 p.m. (in Metropolitan France).
If you wish to arrange a collection from your carrier, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Do you deliver outside of France?
Yes, we also deliver to Europe and French overseas territories. If your country is not listed at checkout, please feel free to contact us.
What are the delivery charges?
Shipping costs vary depending on weight, destination, and the option selected. The total amount will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Can I return an order?
In case of an error or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you a return label. Returns must be justified and approved beforehand.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, to pick up your order in store, simply select in-store pickup at the payment stage.
