2. No Right of Return
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Once your order has been validated and put into production, it cannot be modified or returned. We encourage you to carefully review all information and visuals before confirming your order.
3. Non-Conformity and Manufacturing Defect
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We ask that you provide clear photos of the product and a detailed description of the problem.
